(Early bird and group tables available) \n  \nMornington Peninsula Top Chefs\n  \nCrafted by a dream team of local culinary leaders\, the menu showcases top Mornington Peninsula talent as well as a special course by MasterChef alumni including: \n\nBrunno Melo – 2025 AHA Chef of the Year nominee\, Head Chef at Audrey’s\nJosep Espuga – Culinary Director of Pt Leo Estate (formerly of Mugaritz\, Nahm\, and New York City Degustation)\nMarco Di Pietrantonio – Owner and Chef at Italico Sorrento\nLoïc and Kirsty Duchet – Creators of Pompette and Le Capucin Portsea\nMasterChef Alumni – Kishwar Chowdhury & Cath Collins\nSweet finale by Mubble Sorrento\n\n  \nThis event will also be staffed by servers from our local venues\, as well as Portsea Camp attendees\, adding an authentic connection to this wonderful event. \n  \nChanging Lives\, One Plate at a time\n  \nAll proceeds from the Taste Gala Lunch support The Portsea Camp\, a not-for-profit organisation that has changed the lives of over 70\,000 Victorian children since 1946.
