Sage is the wood-fired end of Ocean Beach Road: pizza from the oven, pasta, focaccia, salads and dessert, with a takeaway menu for people heading back to the house.The pizza list runs from a straight margherita through smoked salmon, pumpkin and sage, and truffle oil. Five nights a week, from 5pm, closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
