Searoad Ferries

The Queenscliff crossing takes 40 minutes and saves the long drive around the bay, and dolphins turn up often enough that people watch for them.The Sorrento terminal is built out over the water. The ferries take foot passengers, bicycles, motorcycles, cars, caravans and motorhomes, with size rules for anything over 5.5 metres or 2.1 metres high. There is a cafe on board, and ONDA at the Sorrento terminal for a meal either side of a sailing. Tickets are booked online and are flexible.
