Portsea Estate

A working vineyard at the end of the Peninsula, on Hotham Road, with a second site at Main Ridge: limestone soils on the coast, basalt up the hill, and wine made from both.Reds, whites, sparkling and rosé, with estate olive oil and honey alongside. The estate is certified under Sustainable Winegrowing Australia and farms regeneratively, with a nursery on site propagating more than 20,000 indigenous trees to bring back the native woodland. The cellar door is by appointment for groups of four or more, and there is a wine club and accommodation.
